POGACICI OD SIRENJE I MLADO LUKCE

Muffins with cheese and spring onions


Ingredients:
  • 350 g flour
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt 
  • 2 teaspoons baking powder  
  • 7 tablespoon cold butter
  • 3 pcs of spring onions 
  • 150 gfeta cheese 
  • 3 tablespoons Parmesan cheese  
  • 180 ml of yoghurt 
  • 1 tablespoon sesame  
  • 2-3 tablespoons of grated cheese (Gouda or similar)


Preparation:

Preheat the oven to 220C. In a bowl, mix flour, pepper, salt and baking powder. 

In another bowl, cut butter into small pieces. Sprinkle cold butter mješavniom of flour and create hands. Add the finely chopped onions, feta cheese and parmesan cheese and mix again hands. 

Add yogurt and knead the dough until all is combined. If necessary, add more flour, the dough should not be sticky.

The dough onto a floured surface switch and short Cr. Roll out dough about 1 cm thick and cut using a round mold. Arrange the scones on a tray with baking paper (rate is for two sheet from the oven), sprinkle with sesame seeds and bake for 12-15 minutes, until a nice golden color. Remove from the oven, sprinkle with a little grated cheese and return to oven extinguished at one minute to cheese melts.

Serving
Menu these muffins fine pasture with dip for which you need: 1 tablespoon mayonnaise + 4 tablespoons of sour cream or yogurt + 1 teaspoon mustard + a little chopped parsley + a few drops of lemon juice + salt and pepper. And that-yeah, pleasant you chew! ;
